Settle in beneath the dome at the Neag Planetarium for an hour of gentle yoga under a sky full of stars. A certified instructor leads the session, keeping the pace relaxed and the focus on easy movement and unwinding, with the projected night sky overhead setting the mood.
This is week three of the current series at the Reading Public Museum, and single sessions are open to anyone who wants to drop in. Reservations are the surest way to hold a spot, though walk-ins are welcome when space allows. Bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle. If winter weather affects a class, the Museum posts updates on its website and social media, and any missed session is added to the end of the series.
