Child care assistance, Head Start & free preschool in Berks County

Child Care Works pays most of a child care bill for working families under the income line, through the Early Learning Resource Center in Reading. Head Start and Pre-K Counts are free preschool with their own income lines. Early Intervention is free for any baby or child who is behind, with no income test.
