Rental and Utility Assistance Requests From the Reading Human Relations Commission

To start, call 610-655-6141 and ask for Kimberly Talbot, the Commission's coordinator. You can request an application by phone. The Commission accepts contact by walk-in, telephone, fax, mail or email; RAWA Hardship applications can be submitted by email or fax.
