2nd Shift Finishing Machine Operator - Lead Duties

Century Cabinetry, a cabinet manufacturer in Leesport, PA, is seeking an experienced, dependable Machine Operator for our second shift Finishing Department.

This is a hands-on production role with additional lead duties, including assisting with workflow, supporting team members, and helping maintain quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor finishing system.
• Properly and safely load and unload parts onto finishing line belt.
• Assist with sanding and spraying of product on the finishing line.
• Help coordinate workflow and provide guidance to finishing department team members.
• Assist with training employees and maintaining quality standards.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operation experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Cabinetry, woodworking, or finishing experience is a plus.
• Ability to support and guide coworkers; prior lead experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift 15+ lbs. and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Bilingual skills helpful.

Shift:

Full-time, second shift.
