Assistant Childcare Teacher

Kidz Paradise is hiring a full-time childcare teacher to help nurture children's intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. Duties include planning developmentally appropriate lessons and activities, designing daily and weekly schedules, providing basic care and caregiving, evaluating children to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones, and communicating with parents about their children's activities. Candidates should be experienced and energetic, nurturing, patient, kind, and creative, with a strong understanding of child development and excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. A high school diploma is the minimum requirement with an associate degree preferred, previous experience as a childcare teacher or provider is expected, and first aid/CPR certification is required.
