The Schuylkill Valley School District has an anticipated vacancy for a Certified Building Substitute Teacher at the Middle School, rate of pay is $47,553 (prorated for actual days worked), benefit option available with reduced pay. This is a regular reporting substitute teacher position that is assigned as needed each day within the building. The Certified Building Substitute Teacher will provide instructional and classroom support across grade levels, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers. This individual will work closely with staff to maintain a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment aligned with school expectations and routines. Qualifications:

PA elementary and/or K-12 content area teaching certificate, demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others, flexibility, adaptability, reliability, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting students' academic and social-emotional growth are required.
