We specialize in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) for men and women, offering personalized care that blends evidence-based medicine with natural and preventive approaches.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about direct patient care, hormone health, and building long-term relationships with patients.

The CRNP will play a key role in diagnosing and managing hormonal imbalances, providing basic gynecologic care, and collaborating with our experienced clinical team to deliver individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient evaluations and direct clinical care
• Diagnose, treat, and manage hormonal imbalances in men and women
• Order, interpret, and manage laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Provide basic gynecologic care and routine patient counseling
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, including BHRT
• Educate patients on medications, therapies, lifestyle changes, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR

Qualifications

• Active Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) license in Pennsylvania
• National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in hormone therapy, women's health, or integrative medicine preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-education skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency with EMR systems
