Fonte's Salon is hiring two experienced hair stylists to join its team in an environment designed to let stylists "be their own boss" — creating their own schedule, controlling which services they offer, setting their own prices, and marketing themselves, while the salon provides products, equipment, technology, facility and support. Stylists offer a broad range of beauty services including haircuts and styling, coloring, perms and treatments. The ideal candidate has an existing clientele, is motivated, dedicated to continuous improvement, and enjoys working with others. Requirements: at least 3 years of experience as a hair stylist and a valid state-issued cosmetology license. Essentials include demonstrated professionalism and dedication to the beauty industry; being motivated, self-sufficient and team-oriented; good communication skills; the ability to develop and maintain a client base; the ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment; and the ability to maintain work stations, tools and equipment.
