Hardscape Technician

Pay: $20–$24.50/hr

Earnings: Based on hours worked + opportunities for growth

Schedule: Full-time

Location: Reading, PA

What You’ll Do

• Install pavers and retaining walls (ICPI standards)
• Build patios, walkways, and stone features
• Operate skid loaders, backhoes, and equipment
• Drive trucks and trailers as needed
• Move materials and maintain clean job sites
• Communicate with team and clients professionally

What You’ll Need

• 2–3 years of landscaping or hardscaping experience
• Valid PA driver’s license (CDL a plus)
• Team-oriented and willing to learn
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
