What You’ll Do

As a Landscape & Lawn Care Technician, you’ll work alongside our team maintaining and improving

residential and commercial properties throughout our area.

A large part of this position will involve professional lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming,

edging, blowing, and keeping properties looking their best.

But we don’t want your growth to stop at mowing.

Depending on the season, our workload, and your willingness to learn, you’ll have opportunities to work

alongside our team in other areas of the green industry, including:

• Landscape installations and property enhancements
• Mulching, pruning, planting, and property cleanups
• Patios and retaining walls
• Drainage and grading projects
• Tree and shrub installation
• Equipment operation
• Commercial snow & ice management during the winter

Who Were Looking For

Experience in professional lawn care or landscaping is preferred. We’d like to find someone who already

understands the basics of working in the industry and is ready to continue developing their skills.

That said, experience isn’t everything.

We’re willing to train the right person who brings the attitude, dependability, and work ethic were

looking for.

• Takes pride in their work and notices the details
• Shows up consistently and is ready to work
• Works well as part of a crew
• Can take direction and learn from more experienced team members
• Is self-motivated and doesn’t need someone constantly looking over their shoulder
• Treats coworkers, customers, equipment, and property with respect
• Is comfortable working outdoors in the heat, cold, and changing weather
• Wants to learn new skills and become more valuable over time

A Few non-negotiables

Because our crews travel between properties and operate company vehicles and equipment, this position

requires:

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfort driving a truck while pulling a trailer up to 20 feet
• Willingness and ability to obtain a DOT medical card

If you meet those requirements and bring the right attitude, we can work with you on developing the rest of your skills.
