Lead Carpenter/Project Foreman

Full-time lead carpenter/project foreman role with Breyer Construction & Landscape, a family-owned company in Reading, PA that builds projects throughout Eastern PA ranging from simple rectangular decks to complex multi-level decks with roofs tied into existing houses, exterior fireplaces, and water features. The Lead Carpenter reads and understands proposal details and project blueprints and makes small adjustments to accommodate on-site circumstances. The position requires leading the field team in a positive way, working together in a safe, efficient, and productive environment. Desired qualifications include at least 5 years of carpentry experience with a firm grasp of general remodeling as well as production framing. Pay is determined by skill sets and experience.
