Job Description
Job Summary
This role maintains continuous survey readiness for the hospital system through compliance with regulations from a number of regulatory agencies, including The Joint Commission (TJC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
Maintains records for Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies (including compliance library).
Oversees Facilities Department work order system (acts as local administrator).
Supervises CMMS and life safety compliance personnel for the system.

Education Requirements
4 year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.

Relevant Experience
Certification and Licensure
Certified Hospital Safety Professional (CHSP), Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), or Certified Hospital Fire Safety Professional (CHFSP) attained within 1 year of hire.
