Manufacturing / Assembly Manager

Century Cabinetry is looking for an experienced Manufacturing/Assembly Manager to lead our production team in Leesport, PA. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and building a positive, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve daily operational, quality, and safety goals.

Oversee workflow and staffing to maximize efficiency while meeting production schedules.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Communicate expectations clearly and provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to support employee success.

Monitor production performance and proactively address issues affecting productivity, quality, or safety.

Partner with other departments to ensure production goals and customer expectations are met.

Promote a safe, organized, and positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Assist with employee training, performance management, and ongoing development initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.

Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, furniture manufacturing, or a similar production environment is preferred but not required.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize work, make sound decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
