Marketing & Ticket Sales Intern Spring 2027

Job Duties:

Assist in selling full season ticket plans, partial season plans, group tickets, premium/suite experiences, and fundraising tickets

Receive sales training and work with the Ticket Sales Director to complete a minimum of 30 sales calls per day

Assist with servicing full/partial season ticket holders and group leaders

Help create and develop marketing content for Reading Royals social media channels

Assist with social media and content creation ideas, including short-form content for TikTok and Instagram

Assist with building marketing emails and promotional text messages through Vozzi

Help develop promotional and marketing campaigns designed to drive ticket sales and fan engagement

Provide customer service to fans on game nights while assisting with game operations

Gain a working knowledge of Ticketmaster and Monday CRM

Assist with database collection, input, and management within the CRM system

Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Ticket Sales Director

What You'll Gain:

Game-day experience with a professional sports organization

Qualifications and Requirements:

Internship requiring college credit

Interest in the sports, marketing, and/or sales industries

Enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related college degree program
