We're looking for a detail-oriented person to help us with the plumbing and the cleanliness of our buildings. Optional overtime available. The qualified candidate would be a high school graduate. Position start at $20.00 per hour.

Position Goal : Assumes primary responsibility for the safe condition of pipes, drains, and plumbing fixtures in the facilities owned or operated by the district.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Other duties may be assigned. The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following fundamental duties:

Repairs, maintains, assembles and installs plumbing equipment, flow controls, valves, traps and lavatory fixtures.

Performs related carpentry and masonry activities.

Examines district-owned facilities on a regular basis for purposes of preventive maintenance.

Maintains all safety and code requirements of the State, local and Board of Education guidelines.

Performs general maintenance work inside and outside the physical buildings.

May be required to be on 24 hour on-call.
