Job Description

Job Summary

Shift: Full time Nights- 7pm-7:30am with every 3rd weekend rotation

Float incentive: $7hr premium pay plus base rate and shift/weekend differentials where applicable

Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.

Deliver excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns.

Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.

Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Education Requirements

Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Experience

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Must have 1 year of Critical Care experience in ICU, CCU. SICU or MICU unit

Certification and Licensure

PA Registered Nurse License
