Sales Associate

John's Great Cars, a used car dealership in business for over 30 years, is hiring a Sales Associate to help customers find vehicles that fit their needs and budget. Duties include guiding customers through the car-buying process, conducting test drives and showcasing vehicle features, explaining financing options and warranties, staying current on inventory and pricing, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is required; automotive sales experience is a plus but not required. The dealership seeks strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and eagerness to learn, ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for customer service.
