Transfer Center Nurse II

Job Summary

The Transfer Center Nurse coordinates the movement and placement of all patients within the Health System, including but not limited to transfers, direct admits, and admissions to all Tower Hospitals.

This position works in conjunction with physicians and hospital staff to prioritize and communicate with all departments as appropriate to maximize efficiency and expedite the admission and transfer processes.
