Welder/Welder Helper

As part of the craftsperson team, responsibilities include:

• reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• selecting materials and tools for each project
• measuring, cutting, and shaping materials
• constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures
• collaborating with other team members to complete projects on schedule and to client satisfaction
• and adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• proven craftsperson experience
• integrity
• proficiency with hand and power tools
• excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• good communication and teamwork skills
• physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
• and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
