Berks Encore is holding a special demo class of Chair Yoga with Darcy McLean at the Mifflin Wellness and Activity Center on Liberty Street in Shillington. The class meets on a Thursday, late in the morning.
Chair yoga is a gentle way to stretch and move with the support of a chair. A demo class is a chance to try the format, meet the instructor and see whether it is a good fit before joining an ongoing class.
