Katelyn and Katie host an evening of sourdough swapping at the Bethel-Tulpehocken Public Library. Bakers trade starters and recipes, talk shop with other sourdough bakers, and enjoy the baked goods people bring along. Experienced bakers and beginners are both welcome, and all ages can take part.
Bring something you baked from a sourdough starter, or bring a starter to swap, either bubbly or dried. If you come empty handed, there will still be sourdough starters available to take home.
