About the program
Players gather at the Bethel-Tulpehocken Public Library in Bethel to play American Mahjong, a tile game that mixes strategy, conversation and a bit of friendly competition. Beginners who are still learning the tiles are welcome, and so are experienced players looking for a challenge. There is a seat at the table either way.
This is a social game session rather than a formal class, so come ready to sit down with other players and enjoy an afternoon of play and laughter. Sessions meet on a repeating schedule, and the dates and times are listed in the schedule panel on this page.
All adults 18 and up are welcome. The library is at 8601 Lancaster Avenue in Bethel. To ask about joining a session, contact the library directly.
