This is the junior level Irish step competition group at Culture Shock Performing Arts Center. Dancers work on Irish step technique and choreography as part of the studio's competition program, meeting once a week through the school year season.
The class runs Wednesday afternoons and is open to all genders. It is set up for kids and teens who are dancing at the junior competition level rather than for first time drop ins. Dancers should come ready to move, with dance shoes and clothing they can work in. Tuition is charged by the month. If you are not sure the competition team is the right fit, the studio also runs a general Irish step class for ages 7 and up.
