About the class
This is the advanced level of technique and conditioning at Culture Shock Performing Arts Center. Class time is spent on dance technique and on the strength and flexibility work that supports it, so dancers can carry cleaner lines and more control back into their other classes.
The class meets on Tuesday evenings and runs weekly through the dance season. It is open to all dancers placed at the advanced level. Culture Shock also runs an intermediate section of the same technique and conditioning class for dancers who are not yet at this level.
