This class at GoggleWorks introduces two ways of working with wool. You try wet felting and needle felting, and you use both to finish two small projects: a decorative felted acorn and a pumpkin. It is open to all skill levels, so no felting experience is needed. Sara Miller teaches the class.
The group meets on Mondays from 10 AM to 12 PM for two sessions, in the Textiles Studio, room 316, on the third floor of GoggleWorks at 201 Washington St in Reading. If you are not sure where to go, staff at the front desk can point you to the room. The building is accessible, and you can add a note to your registration about anything that would help your class experience.
The class is for teens ages 14 and up and adults. Students under 18 enrolling in an adult course need written permission from a parent or guardian, arranged with GoggleWorks by email before the start date. Registration closes five business days before the first session and is handled on the GoggleWorks class page. Scholarships are available through GoggleWorks.
