Glassblown Pumpkin: Session B
Starts Sat, Sep 26, 1:00 PM · Member: $83.30 / Non-Member: $98.00

About the workshop
This single session workshop at GoggleWorks puts you in front of the furnace to make a glass pumpkin. You gather hot glass, add color, and shape the piece with guidance from the studio artists. The result is a pumpkin you made yourself, sized for a fall table or shelf.
The workshop is built for adults at all skill levels, so no prior glass experience is needed. Wear closed-toe shoes and bring a hair tie, since both are required in the hot shop. The class meets in the Glassblowing Studio, Building 5, on the GoggleWorks campus at 201 Washington Street in Reading. The session runs Saturday from 1 PM to 3 PM.
Sign up through the GoggleWorks class page. Registration closes five business days before the start date, and a waitlist is available if the session fills. Groups can also ask GoggleWorks about booking a private glassblowing workshop.
