Homeschooling Charcoal Drawing Workshop for Youth
Starts Mon, Oct 12, 1:00 PM · Member: $51.00 / Non-Member: $60.00 · Ages 10 to 13

About the workshop
This single session workshop introduces charcoal to homeschooled students. Students learn the fundamentals of drawing with charcoal, work on a variety of types of paper, and experiment with this classic medium. The subject matter is creatures, critters and fauna, so young artists bring their drawings to life.
The workshop is open to all skill levels and is taught by instructor Ailish Conway. It meets on a Monday afternoon in the Drawing and Painting Classroom, room 318, on the third floor of GoggleWorks at 201 Washington Street in Reading. The campus is fully accessible, and the Community Ambassador at the front desk can point families to the right room on arrival.
Register online through the GoggleWorks class page. Scholarships are available through GoggleWorks. If there is anything that would help a student have a good class experience, families can add a note when they sign up.
