Junk Journal Bookmaking Workshop at GoggleWorks
Starts Sun, Sep 27, 10:00 AM · Member: $63.75 / Non-Member: $75.00 · Ages 14 and up

About the workshop
Make a handmade book for your ideas, memories and creativity. In this one day workshop, you turn "junk" into an eclectic journal and try different ways of applying materials to the page. You take your finished journal home the same day. Erica Hutchins teaches, and the workshop is open to all skill levels.
You are welcome to bring your own materials, such as images, menus, magazines, stickers, textiles, pressed flowers and scrap paper. Shared art materials are provided in the studio. Personal supplies can be bought at the Art Supply Store on the first floor of GoggleWorks.
The workshop runs on a Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM in the Drawing and Painting Classroom, room 318, on the third floor of GoggleWorks at 201 Washington Street in Reading. Register through the GoggleWorks class page. Students under 18 enrolled in an adult course need written permission from a parent or guardian, which GoggleWorks arranges by email.
