About the workshop
This single evening workshop at GoggleWorks covers traditional herbal medicine making. Participants choose and prepare herbs, mix them into tea blends, and make tinctures. The session also covers how to use tinctures as part of a daily wellness routine, plus proper usage and storage.
The class is open to all skill levels, so beginners and people who already work with herbs are both welcome. It is for adults, and the provider notes it is limited to those 21 and older. The instructor is Tiana Zabala. Bring a notebook and a pencil.
The workshop meets on a Monday evening from 6 PM to 9 PM in Classroom 318 on the third floor of GoggleWorks Center for the Arts, 201 Washington St in Reading. Registration is handled on the GoggleWorks class page, where you can also review payment, cancellation and scholarship details. Registration closes five business days before the class begins.
