Mini-Makers Witches Hat Luminary Clay Workshop
Starts Sat, Oct 10, 10:00 AM · Member: $44.20 / Non-Member: $52.00 · Ages 7 to 12

About the workshop
Children and a grown-up work side by side to build a whimsical witch's hat luminary out of clay. Karen Adam teaches basic handbuilding techniques, then you add decorative cutouts and textures so the finished lantern glows when it is lit. All skill levels are welcome, and the workshop is offered bilingually in English and Spanish.
This is a single Saturday morning session in the Ceramics Auxiliary Classroom 301 on the third floor of GoggleWorks. An adult must take part alongside the child, and each adult and child attending needs their own registration. Please wear clothes you do not mind getting dirty.
Finished ceramic pieces stay behind for firing, so turnaround can take a few weeks. The GoggleWorks programs team emails you when your luminary is ready to pick up. Sign up through the GoggleWorks class page for this workshop.
