Needle Felted Pumpkin
Starts Wed, Oct 7, 10:00 AM · Member: $51.00 / Non-Member: $60.00

About the workshop
In this single session workshop at GoggleWorks Center for the Arts, you shape wool into a small pumpkin or gourd using needle felting. You poke the fibers with a felting needle until they hold their form, then add color and detail to finish a piece you can set out as seasonal decor.
The workshop is open to all skill levels, including people who have never felted before. It is listed for adults, and it meets on a Wednesday from 10 AM to 12 PM in the Textiles Studio, room 316 on the third floor at 201 Washington St in Reading. If you are not sure where to go, the front desk can point you to the studio.
Register online through the GoggleWorks class page. Registration closes five business days before the start date, and payment is due when you sign up. GoggleWorks asks that you note anything that would help them make the class work well for you, and scholarship information is available on their site.
