One-Day on the Wheel Workshop: Session B

About the workshop
This single evening workshop puts you at the pottery wheel. You start with a ball of clay, learn the basics of throwing, and shape your own piece. When the work is done, you pick a glaze from the ceramics studio selection. It is open to all skill levels, so no experience is needed.
The session meets Friday from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Ceramics Studio, Building 3, at GoggleWorks, 201 Washington St in Reading. Wear clothes you do not mind getting dirty. Fired ceramics take time, so your piece will not go home with you that night. The GoggleWorks programs team emails you when it is ready for pickup, which can be a few weeks later.
Ages 14 and up are welcome, and students under 18 who enroll in an adult course need written permission from a parent or guardian. Registration closes five business days before the class date. Sign up through the GoggleWorks class page, and check their site for payment and refund policies.
