Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff

At Advance Auto Parts, our team is the heart of our business. Customers consistently praise our staff friendliness and helpfulness, noting that “all the guys here are extremely helpful and willing to help in store.” From the moment you walk through the door, you’ll be greeted by associates who listen to your needs, answer your questions, and guide you confidently to the right solution.

• Dwayne leads by example: “He is the reason I will be coming back to this store,” raves one customer. His deep product knowledge—especially on batteries—turns every visit into a hassle-free experience.
• Mike and Karen stand out for their dedication: they’ll dive into past records to help you locate purchase documentation, demonstrating a level of care that goes far beyond a typical parts counter.
• Nathan once supported a roadside alternator swap right in the parking lot, proving our willingness to go the extra mile for complex repairs.

Fast and Reliable Services

Time is money, and we respect both. Our car battery store reputation is built on quick turnaround—a 20-minute from-order-to-install average isn’t a gimmick; it’s our standard.

• “They took my order and installed it in 20 minutes. Great service from start to finish,” notes one happy driver.
• Another guest reported, “Battery check, purchase and installation in about 25 minutes.”
Whether you need a diagnostic test, battery installation, or urgent accessory replacement, our streamlined workflow keeps you moving with minimal downtime.

Tool Rental and Accessories

Beyond parts and batteries, Advance Auto Parts Mount Joy offers a robust tool rental service for those one-off jobs or specialty repairs. Got an engine seal to replace? Need a spring compressor or scan tool? Rent it by the hour or by the day—no hefty investment required. Our toolbox is complemented by a full lineup of car accessories: floor mats, towing hitches, performance filters, and LED lighting kits. Truck owners appreciate heavy-duty cargo nets, bed liners, and hitch installations, all backed by our expert advice.

Inventory and Product Availability

Our Mount Joy store carries a broad selection of OEM-equivalent and aftermarket brands, from top-shelf battery lines to performance spark plugs. Most customers find exactly what they need on the spot: “Gone here many times and never had any trouble getting the part I need for many different vehicles.”
We’re also proud of our robust online ordering system, which lets you reserve parts for in-store pickup. While occasional discrepancies between web listings and shelf stock do occur, our team is proactive in suggesting acceptable substitutes or ordering missing items for next-day delivery—so you’re never left stranded without a vital component.

Service Policies and Customer Care

We strive for transparent policies that protect both your investment and our commitment to quality. A small number of guests have experienced confusion over returns and refunds—especially on electronic parts and batteries. We hear you. That feedback has prompted us to:

1. Clarify return windows and eligibility at checkout.
2. Train every associate on consistent, courteous enforcement of our refund policy.
3. Encourage an open-door dialogue with management if you feel your concerns haven’t been fully addressed.
Our goal: guarantee genuine parts, safe installations, and a clear path to resolution if something isn’t right—reinforcing our promise that every visit ends with you fully satisfied.
