All Green Lawn & Tree Care Inc

All Green Lawn & Tree Care Inc is a lawn care and tree care company based at 13 Sottosanti Lane in Reinholds, Pennsylvania, in the northeastern corner of Lancaster County near the Berks County line. The company provides scheduled turf treatment programs, tree and shrub care, and related property maintenance services to homeowners and property managers across the surrounding region. It can be reached at +1 610-929-9900.

The business operates in a part of Pennsylvania where lawn care presents specific challenges. Southeastern Pennsylvania sits in a transition zone for turfgrass, meaning that cool season grasses such as Kentucky bluegrass, perennial ryegrass, and tall fescue are the practical choice, but summer heat and humidity regularly push those grasses to their limits. Clay-heavy soils, compaction from construction, and a long list of regional weed and insect pressures all factor into what a lawn looks like by August. Companies working in this area tend to build their programs around those realities rather than around a single universal formula.

Lawn Treatment Programs

The core of the business is a season-long fertilization and weed control program. Rather than a single application, these programs are typically structured as a series of visits spaced across the growing season, beginning in early spring and continuing into late fall. Each visit serves a different purpose depending on the calendar and the condition of the turf.

• Early spring applications commonly pair a balanced fertilizer with a pre-emergent herbicide timed to interrupt crabgrass germination before it starts.
• Late spring and early summer visits focus on broadleaf weed control, addressing dandelion, clover, plantain, ground ivy, wild violet, and similar invaders.
• Summer applications use slower release nutrition suited to heat stress, with spot treatment of weeds that push through during the warmer months.
• Fall applications are often the most important of the year for cool season turf, supporting root development and carbohydrate storage that carry the lawn through winter and into the following spring.

Alongside the standard program, lawn care companies in this region typically offer supplemental services that address problems fertilizer alone cannot fix. These include core aeration to relieve compaction and improve water and nutrient movement into the root zone, overseeding to introduce improved grass varieties and thicken thin turf, grub control to prevent root feeding beetle larvae from destroying sections of lawn in late summer, surface insect control for chinch bugs and sod webworms, and soil testing with lime applications to correct the acidic pH common in Pennsylvania soils.

Tree and Shrub Care

The company's name reflects a second line of work beyond turf. Tree and shrub care programs generally address the ornamental plantings that frame a residential property: foundation shrubs, specimen trees, flowering ornamentals, and evergreen screens. Typical services in this category include deep root fertilization, dormant oil applications, insect and mite control for pests such as bagworms, aphids, scale, and lace bugs, and treatment for fungal issues that affect common regional species. Properties in Lancaster and Berks counties frequently contain mature shade trees and established landscape beds, and a combined turf and ornamental program allows both parts of the landscape to be managed on a coordinated schedule by the same provider.

Approach to Individual Properties

One characteristic that customers of this company mention is that treatments are matched to the specific property rather than applied identically across every stop on a route. This is a meaningful distinction in practice. Two lawns on the same street can behave very differently depending on shade patterns, drainage, soil composition, grass species, irrigation, mowing height, and the history of what was done to the property in prior years. A lawn under heavy oak shade needs a different plan than a full sun lawn on compacted fill. Technicians who evaluate conditions on each visit and adjust accordingly generally produce more consistent results than a one size fits all schedule.

The company also works with customers who are planning future changes to their yards, coordinating turf care around landscaping projects, new plantings, or renovations. This kind of planning matters because major property work can disrupt an established lawn program, and knowing about it in advance allows timing to be adjusted.

Location and Service Area

Reinholds is a small community in West Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, positioned near the intersection of Lancaster, Berks, and Lebanon counties. The Pennsylvania Turnpike and Route 272 run nearby, giving the company practical access to a wide surrounding area. The 610 area code phone number reflects the business's proximity to the Reading and Berks County market, while its Lancaster County address places it within reach of communities to the south and west. Typical service coverage for a company in this location would extend to towns such as Denver, Adamstown, Ephrata, Stevens, Womelsdorf, Robesonia, Wernersville, Sinking Spring, Shillington, Mohnton, Morgantown, and the broader Reading suburbs, though prospective customers should confirm coverage for their specific address when requesting an estimate.

Practical Information

Homeowners considering a lawn care program generally start with a property evaluation and written estimate. Pricing in the industry is usually based on measured square footage of treated turf, so an accurate estimate requires either a site visit or a measurement taken from aerial imagery. Questions worth asking any provider include what is included in each visit, how many applications make up a full season, whether aeration and seeding are bundled or billed separately, what the policy is on service calls between scheduled visits, and how long products require before children and pets can return to the lawn.

Results from a treatment program are progressive rather than immediate. Weed control shows visible effect within days to a few weeks depending on the target species and the weather, while density, color, and overall turf health improve across multiple applications and often across more than one season. Lawns that begin in poor condition, with thin turf, heavy weed populations, or compacted soil, typically need a full year or more of consistent care combined with proper mowing and watering practices from the homeowner before reaching their potential.
