Experience/History

B3Q Smokehouse & Pub has a rich history that dates back to 2003, when our founder, Barry, began experimenting with barbecue in his backyard. This passion for crafting the perfect barbecue led to the establishment of B3Q in West Pittston, Pennsylvania, in 2012. After nearly 12 years of serving the community, Barry passed the torch to Dominick Aritz, a retired United States Air Force veteran, in 2019.

Under Dominick's ownership, B3Q has continued to flourish, maintaining the high standards of quality and flavor that our customers expect. In August 2024, we proudly moved to Swoyersville, transforming the former Tipsy Turtle building into B3Q Smokehouse & Pub. With an expanded menu and a vibrant atmosphere, we are excited to serve our loyal customers and welcome new faces to our BBQ family.
