Sales Staff Expertise & a Warm Welcome

Choosing Berks Homes begins with meeting a sales team that’s earned rave reviews for knowledge and enthusiasm—without the high-pressure tactics. Customers often cite Matt Entriken and Jayson Quon as standout guides who listen to needs, explain options clearly, and follow up reliably. As one homeowner shared, “Their entire team was a complete JOY to work with, especially Matt Entriken.” Another noted, “We were blown away with the sales rep Jayson Quon. He’s very professional, kind, helpful and considerate.” This emphasis on genuine relationships sets the tone for a supportive building experience.

Transparent Communication & Responsiveness

Building a home is a large investment, and Berks Homes knows that clear, timely updates are essential. Once construction begins, clients rave about Scott Hardie, the on-site construction manager, who sends weekly progress reports and is always reachable by phone or email. As one reviewer put it, “His communication was swift and informative. He was AVAILABLE by cell phone at anytime if we needed him.” Another added, “No question was too large… He always called or emailed back the same day.” This consistent connectivity helps homeowners feel in control and confident from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting.

Quality Craftsmanship & Choice Materials

Berks Homes prides itself on delivering solid, attractive homes through trusted subcontractors and quality materials. Many customers applaud the outcome: “The house is beautiful, comfortable, and comes with peace of mind knowing that it is well-constructed.” That said, as with any builder working at volume, some homeowners have reported issues with workmanship or materials. Berks Homes takes feedback seriously, continually refining its standards and processes to ensure each home meets—or exceeds—the expectations of the community.

An Engaging Design Selection Process

One highlight of building with Berks Homes is visiting the Selection Gallery, where design choices come to life. Guided by knowledgeable staff like Craig Lorah and Megan, clients can explore flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes in a hands-on environment. “Craig and Megan worked with me for over five hours… they had the patience of saints,” one buyer recalled. Another enthused, “Angela and Craig… made this process easy but more importantly fun!” These collaborative sessions let homeowners personalize layouts and décor, ensuring that each floor plan reflects their lifestyle and tastes.

Proactive Warranty & After-Sales Support

After keys are handed over, Berks Homes stands by its work through a comprehensive warranty program. Many homeowners express relief knowing they can rely on prompt repairs and follow-through—even beyond the official warranty period. “They stood by their product even after the warranty period ended. I would build with them again,” one review states. Although a few clients experienced delays or challenges getting issues resolved, the warranty team’s goal remains clear: to address concerns fairly and restore full satisfaction promptly.

Personalized Touches & Memorable Moments

Beyond constructing four walls, Berks Homes delights in creating special experiences. An unexpected highlight reported by customers is the personalized proposal-planning assistance: arranging champagne, flowers, and even coordinating a surprise engagement in a model home. These thoughtful gestures demonstrate a genuine commitment to clients’ life milestones, not just their building milestones.
