Impeccable Facility Cleanliness & Atmosphere

From the moment you pull in, the spotlessly maintained bays and pet tubs convey a sense of care and pride. Customers consistently praise how “it is always so clean” and how “very clean and comfortably roomy” the pet wash areas are—ideal for bigger dogs or multiple pets. Well-lit vacuums and durable hoses await in each bay, while the bright automatic wash area features a family-friendly light show that delighted one reviewer’s four-year-old: “The light show while you get your vehicle washed… made my 4-yr-old’s night.”

State-of-the-Art Car Wash Services

Bernville Pet and Car Wash offers multiple wash options designed to suit every budget and level of DIY enthusiasm:

• Touchless Automatic Wash: A gentle, scratch-free solution praised for delivering a deep clean without hand-wash risks. One customer raved, “They’re 100% touchless automated wash did wonders for my SUV.”
• Self-Serve Spray Bays: Equipped with the “strongest spray wands in Berks! 💪,” handheld foam brushes, and wheel scrubbers, these bays put you in complete control of your car’s appearance.
• Handheld Dryers: A true differentiator—Bernville’s first self-serve dryer stations help whisk away moisture quickly, ensuring your vehicle leaves streak-free.

Despite a few reports of uneven soap coverage or “leftover grime” after certain cycles, many patrons find the deluxe washes and automatic bays consistently bring their cars back to life, whether battling winter salt or summer dust.

High-Speed Pet Wash Experience

Dog-wash users love the clean, spacious tubs, adjustable water temperature, and especially the high-speed dryer. “The dryer speed here is what helps me get the most hair off my dogs,” notes one enthusiastic customer. For those with thick coats or larger breeds, the power dryer significantly reduces shedding and cleanup time. A handful of guests mentioned the water pressure felt “absolute trash” for two-coat dogs, but the majority appreciate the ease and efficiency of the setup.

Robust Equipment & Convenient Payment

With coin-operated and card-reader stations at every bay, you can choose your preferred payment method on the spot. Though a few customers have experienced finicky machines—“the owner’s machine eats money,” “card machine doesn’t work”—these glitches are quickly remedied by on-site staff. When issues arise, owner Mike’s prompt intervention ensures customers are never left in the lurch, receiving refunds or manual overrides with no hassle.

Responsive Ownership & Customer Care

At the core of Bernville Pet and Car Wash is Mike, the personable owner whose hands-on approach keeps things running smoothly. Patrons repeatedly commend his rapid follow-through: “Called and left a message and heard back right away… got the money back no problem.” While a small number of messages via Facebook Messenger or phone calls went unanswered, most guests walk away impressed by Mike’s commitment to making things right. This blend of personal attention and professional service builds the trust that keeps customers returning.

Thoughtful Pricing & Outstanding Value

Balancing competitive rates with premium features, Bernville Pet and Car Wash delivers solid bang for your buck. Many praise the well-maintained equipment and clear pricing structure—“Good value for price. Well maintained!”—while a few feel deluxe washes can edge toward “overpriced” territory if coverage isn’t perfect. Overall, the breadth of services, advanced features, and customer-centric policies underscore the facility’s dedication to fair value.
