As one customer puts it, “It truly is a one-stop shop! Plus, it’s so fun to see the daily pictures posted on Facebook of all the smiling, happy dogs.”

Expert, Compassionate Team

Our greatest asset is our people. Whether you’re dropping off your new puppy for playtime or booking a grooming session with Rayne—whose “attentive and loving” approach has owners saying, “I trust them implicitly with our fur babies”—you’ll find genuine compassion paired with professional skill. Every member of our team undergoes rigorous training in canine behavior and animal first aid, ensuring your dog receives knowledgeable, individualized care.

Safety & Supervision

Your dog’s safety is our top priority. Our open-concept playrooms and thoughtfully designed kennels allow for constant visual supervision. Dogs are grouped by size, temperament, and play style to minimize stress and prevent rough encounters. While a few guests have expressed occasional concerns about crating, we continuously refine our protocols and openly communicate any overnight arrangements, because we know that “it’s comforting to know that your dog is safe and well cared for when he can’t travel with you.”

Top-Notch Facilities & Grooming

Imagine a space where every corner sparkles, and dogs lounge in roomy, comfortable suites. That’s Cold Nose Lodge. Our 5,000-square-foot facility features:

• Expansive indoor play areas with durable, non-slip flooring
• Secure, shaded outdoor yards for supervised romps
• Luxurious grooming stations equipped with hypoallergenic shampoos and blow-dryers

Pet parents consistently remark, “The facility is bigger than I thought and clean,” and rave about our grooming add-ons: “Our dogs especially love their baths and facials before they come home.”

Enrichment & Learning

Boredom is never an option at Cold Nose Lodge. Each day, pups enjoy a balanced schedule of:

• Guided play sessions—both indoors and out
• Cognitive enrichment exercises to sharpen their minds
• Structured training time with certified instructors

One owner shared, “I took advantage of the playschool during the day and can tell he is learning a lot and his mind and body is being stimulated.” These activities reduce anxiety, build confidence, and help dogs form positive social skills.

Real-Time Updates & Transparency

We know how much you miss your dog while you’re away. That’s why Cold Nose Lodge provides live webcams and daily photo updates on Facebook. As one happy pet parent wrote, “The live webcams are totally an added bonus. I love that I can watch him playing with his friends while I’m vacationing.” These real-time insights give you peace of mind and keep you connected every step of the way.

Seasonal Photo Sessions & Boutique Perks

Adding a sprinkle of holiday magic, we offer free seasonal photo sessions—Santa hats, reindeer antlers, and all. “I was so happy that I had the opportunity to take pictures of Frankie with Santa,” one customer exclaimed, “and was amazed that CNL provided this to us for free!” Between photo day and our on-site boutique—stocked with treats, toys, and grooming supplies—you’ll find everything you need at pick-up and drop-off.

Exceptional Value & Transparent Pricing

We pride ourselves on delivering premium services at competitive rates. Many pet parents agree, noting, “They are reasonably priced and their staff is experienced and well trained.” While a few have mentioned higher costs compared to other facilities, most recognize that our all-inclusive amenities, expert team, and peace-of-mind features make every penny well spent.
