Personalized Training That Lasts

At the core of our mission is a belief in building strong, lasting bonds between you and your dog. Led by trainers Bill and Robyn, our signature Board & Train program offers one-on-one attention, relationship-focused instruction, and clear behavior goals. Many owners report remarkable transformations: “Now after four months I must say Lexi is the best behaved dog I have ever owned.” We prioritize positive reinforcement and open communication—every tool and technique is discussed and agreed upon in advance. If you have a reactive, anxious, or special-needs pet, we work closely with you to craft a plan that fits your dog’s personality and your family’s expectations.

Warmth, Professionalism & Genuine Care

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the difference our staff brings. Reviews consistently praise our team’s empathy and welcoming attitude: “Everyone is so friendly and welcoming anytime I bring him in,” and “Staff member Tony sits by his kennel, talking or singing to him…” Our trainers, caretakers, and walkers strive to know every pet by name, temperament, and routine. That friendly professionalism translates into dogs that feel safe, loved, and ready for their next adventure.

A Resort-Style Boarding Environment

Our clean, bright facility has been designed with your pet’s comfort and security in mind. Spacious kennels accommodate dogs of all sizes, stables welcome equine guests, and dedicated cat condos ensure feline visitors feel right at home. “Kennels are clean and very accommodating for cats, dogs and stables for horses,” one delighted owner remarked. With individual runs available, anxious dogs receive private space and peace, while social pups can romp in supervised play yards. Heated floors, snug bedding, and secure fencing elevate our boarding service into a true pet resort.

Engaging Day Care & PlayCare

For families on the go, our Dog Day Care and PlayCare options deliver daily enrichment your dog will adore. Our certified activities coaches lead social play, mental stimulation exercises, and structured group games. Owners love watching tired pups return home—“He comes home exhausted but has the biggest smile on his face.” Not only does PlayCare build confidence and curb boredom, it reinforces behavioral goals from training sessions, ensuring consistency across environments.

Transparent Communication & Daily Updates

We know how important it is to stay connected when you’re apart. That’s why we offer daily photo updates and text summaries, so you can see tail wags in real time. “We opted for the daily pictures with an update and let me tell you, we loved seeing how happy he was,” shared a grateful pet parent. And while most of our clients praise the steady stream of communication, we continuously refine our scheduling and pickup processes to ensure clarity around drop-off and pickup times. Your feedback helps us deliver an even smoother experience.

Tailored Special-Needs Care

Whether your pet requires medication, special diets, or extra one-on-one attention, our team rises to the occasion. We’re proud to be “one of the only boarding facilities which offers individual runs,” complete with personalized care routines. If your dog has a complex medical regimen or unique behavioral needs, just let us know—we’ll develop a customized plan that meets every requirement. Your dog’s health, happiness, and comfort guide every interaction and decision we make.
