Edible Arrangements

Nestled in the heart of Reading, Pennsylvania, Edible Arrangements brings fresh, artful treats to your celebrations, corporate events, or everyday indulgences. More than just a grocery store or gift shop, we’re also your go-to caterer, chocolate and dessert shop, florist, gift basket store, and juice bar. Our mission is simple: combine the beauty of flowers, the sweetness of fruit, and the elegance of chocolate into unforgettable edible experiences.

Freshness & Quality You Can Taste

At Edible Arrangements, we believe that every slice of fruit and every hand-dipped berry should look as good as it tastes. Many customers rave about our “attractive, well packaged and easy to transport” arrangements that arrive crisp, colorful, and ready to enjoy. We source the finest strawberries, pineapples, cantaloupes, and more, inspecting each piece for ripeness, texture, and visual appeal.

We know that perfection can sometimes waver—some guests have reported softer berries or slight over-ripeness, leading to less-than-ideal bites. When that happens, our team stands by you. Just let us know, and we’ll work quickly to replace or refund any portion that doesn’t meet your expectations. It’s this commitment to product quality that turns a single order into a lasting impression.

Service with a Smile: Meet Jordan & Brandie

Exceptional service is the cherry—or berry—on top of every arrangement. Team members like Jordan and Brandie exemplify our dedication to friendly professionalism. Jordan “was extremely kind, helpful, and professional,” guiding customers through custom orders with genuine warmth. Brandie consistently goes the extra mile, helping customers find that perfect gift box “for my crush,” or personalizing vibrant centerpieces for birthdays and anniversaries.

Our staff’s enthusiasm and expertise ensure that every interaction feels personal and seamless. Whether you’re selecting a bouquet of chocolate-covered strawberries or coordinating a large catering order, our team treats each request with the care and attention it deserves.

Accurate Orders & Worry-Free Fulfillment

We know how disappointing it can be to open a delivery and find missing cupcakes or incorrect items. That’s why we strive for meticulous order accuracy, double-checking each piece before it leaves our store. On the rare occasion a detail doesn’t align—no cupcake!—our policy is simple: contact us, and we’ll make it right, no questions asked. In fact, many customers have been delighted when replacements arrived even more impressive than the original.

Convenient Delivery & Smooth Pickup

Time is precious, so we offer same-day delivery and easy in-store pickup. Courteous drivers often call ahead to confirm addresses and ensure prompt arrival. One customer shared how our driver’s diligence turned a tight schedule into a stress-free moment. For in-store pickups, our team works to have your arrangements ready right at opening—or even earlier by request—to fit busy routines.

While a few guests have experienced scheduling hiccups or waited a bit longer than expected, we continually refine our processes. Your convenience remains our priority, and we appreciate every piece of feedback that helps us improve.

Effortless Online Ordering & Clear Communication

Customers love the “convenience of ordering in less than 24 hours,” yet we acknowledge that confirmation emails or follow-up calls occasionally slip through the cracks. Rest assured, our customer care team monitors every order closely and is always a phone call away to confirm details, answer questions, and update delivery times.

Premium Value & Memorable Treats

Edible Arrangements offers a premium product line that blends artistry with flavor. While some customers feel the cost is steep, most agree that the experience—unwrapping a beautifully arranged platter of fresh fruit or savoring a decadent caramel cheesecake—justifies the investment. Our prices reflect not just the ingredients, but the craftsmanship, personalized service, and the joy it brings to gift-giving moments.
