Recent feedback has highlighted occasions when our posted hours didn’t align with on-site availability. We’re addressing this by refining our scheduling, enhancing staff communication, and encouraging advance calls for urgent needs. While unprofessional conduct and missed instructions have surfaced in rare instances, our management team is fully dedicated to upholding the highest ethical standards. Every tree delivered deserves the Gerz guarantee of courteous, clear, and client-focused service.
