Clear Communication & Updates

We understand how much you miss your furry family members—and restlessness sets in when you’re away. That’s why we offer daily report cards and photo updates that keep you in the loop on playtime, naps, and mealtime antics. Many pet parents rave that “they sent a daily email update with adorable pictures,” while others appreciate the personalized “report card” detailing each dog’s mood, behavior, and favorite activities. This level of communication not only reassures owners but also strengthens the bond between you, your pet, and our staff.

Spotless, Inviting Environment

Cleanliness and comfort go paw-in-paw at Great Valley Pet Hotel. Our facility is consistently praised for its immaculate kennels and welcoming atmosphere. One visitor fondly recalled, “The kennel was very very clean. The manager Halle took us on a tour and it was immaculate.” From sanitized playrooms to cozy nap lounges, every space is designed to feel like a home away from home. You’ll feel confident leaving your pet in our care, knowing we adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and facility maintenance.

Tailored Day Camp & Daycare Experiences

Is your pup bursting with energy? Our dog day care center and day camp programs provide structured, supervised play sessions that cater to every personality. Whether your dog thrives in a social group setting or prefers one-on-one attention, we offer both group day camp and private day camp options. As one enthusiastic owner noted, “My pup attends daycamp there and he loves it!” For pets who benefit from dedicated handlers, our private day camp delivers extra outdoor time, gentle walks, and focused attention. At day’s end, you’ll witness a happy, well-exercised dog, often exhausted in the best possible way.

Specialized Care & Medical Oversight

We’re deeply committed to meeting the unique needs of seniors, rescue dogs, and pets with special medical requirements. Our staff is trained to administer medications punctually, monitor dietary restrictions, and provide gentle hands-on support. “Special medication administered—check! Bath and nail trim before pickup—check!” shared one relieved owner, emphasizing our ability to blend medical oversight with spa-style pampering. While we continually refine our health and safety protocols, customers trust us to prioritize each pet’s well-being, tailoring care plans to suit individual temperaments and conditions.

Pampering Spa & Grooming Services

Treat your four-legged friend to a day of luxury in our full-service pet grooming salon. From soothing baths and professional nail trims to breed-specific haircuts and fluff-dry finishes, our groomers transform every visit into a spa-level experience. One family shared that “all three pups stayed … and all had a Spa day with baths and nails. All were super happy, soft, healthy and super fluffy.” It’s more than a clean-up—it’s an opportunity for your pet to relax, look fabulous, and strut out in style.

Value & Transparent Pricing

We strive to offer competitive rates that reflect the high-quality services and individualized attention we provide. Many clients find our boarding, grooming, and day camp fees to be “very competitive,” acknowledging that the investment pays off in exceptional care and comprehensive amenities. We also recognize that value perception varies, and we continually work to refine our pricing structure and package options. Whether you’re booking an extended stay or a single grooming session, our team is happy to discuss customized bundles that align with your budget and your pet’s needs.
