Experience/History

Kenhorst Mennonite Church is a relatively new establishment, having begun as a church plant in 2021. The vision for this community emerged from Lichtys Mennonite Church in East Earl, Pennsylvania, where a small group of dedicated individuals answered the call to create a new church in the Kenhorst area. After extensive prayer and research, the group acquired a renovated building at 22 N Kenhorst Blvd, formerly a veterinarian clinic, and officially launched services in May 2024.

With a commitment to the teachings of Jesus and the Anabaptist-Mennonite tradition, Kenhorst Mennonite Church draws upon the rich history of its faith. The church's roots in Anabaptism emphasize discipleship, community, and non-violence, providing a solid foundation for its mission and activities.
