Tailored Wedding Experiences with Vendor Freedom

Gone are the days of one-size-fits-all packages. At Longswamp, you’re free to select caterers, photographers, florists, and musicians who fit your style and budget. We even provide a curated list of trusted local professionals, ensuring your search is both easy and inspired. One couple enthused, “We loved how we could pick what vendors we wanted to use (we checked out another venue that charged $1,000 if you didn’t use one of their in-house caterers).” Whether you crave gourmet farm-to-table fare or classic comfort foods, our vendor flexibility empowers you to create every detail—from the appetizers to the final send-off—on your own terms.

Seamless Event Planning and Open Communication

From your very first inquiry to the last dance and final cleanup, our proactive communication model keeps stress at bay. We answer your “random questions” quickly—even if there are four emails in a day—and offer practical suggestions that refine your plans. As one happy client shared, “They maintained frequent communication, responded quickly to questions and needs, were flexible and made great suggestions.” This level of responsiveness ensures that no detail is overlooked and that your event unfolds exactly as you envisioned—smoothly, punctually, and with plenty of personal touches.

After a night of celebration or exploration, retreat to one of our private cottages or well-appointed guest rooms. Each space is immaculately clean, cozy, and designed to cradle you in comfort. In the morning, delight in a multi-course breakfast delivered right to your doorstep. Joanne, our culinary artisan, crafts seasonal offerings that earn rave reviews: “Joanne makes an incredible breakfast and we were lucky enough to stay for two nights—each meal was pure perfection.” Picture yourself sipping freshly brewed coffee on a shaded porch, savoring warm pastries, farm-fresh eggs, and fruit compotes that set the tone for a day of memories.
