A Unique Office Atmosphere

Stepping into Dr. Magro’s practice is like entering a small museum of historical antiques and reproductions. One of the most-mentioned highlights by visitors is the eclectic waiting area, where conversation-starting curiosities abound and give the office a warm, nostalgic feel. While some may note the space’s vintage character as “quaint” rather than cutting-edge, the collection of artifacts delights both history buffs and first-time visitors.

Convenience & Efficiency

In today’s fast-paced world, how quickly you get your glasses can make all the difference. Patients consistently remark on the office’s efficient turnaround—often receiving eyewear in just a couple of days—and the celebratory ritual of ringing the bell when their new glasses arrive. This fun tradition underscores the practice’s belief that quality care can also be swift and enjoyable.

Online frame ordering further elevates convenience: you’re invited to choose styles from any retailer, send them in, and have Dr. Magro’s lab expertly fit your prescription lenses. As one happy patient put it, “He even let me order my frames online and filled them for me!”

Quality Eyewear & Flexible Options

Michael F. Magro, OD, offers a broad selection of frames and lenses, from budget-friendly basics to premium designer styles. The practice prides itself on:
• Precise Lens Fitting: Modern equipment ensures accurate measurements and sharp vision.
• Durable Repairs & Adjustments: On-site adjustments keep your glasses fitting just right.
• Transparent Pricing: Clear estimates help you know what to expect—no hidden fees.

While a handful of reviews mention issues with lens cleaning or repair quality, the majority of patients commend the value they receive: “Great glasses and service—I will come back.” The team addresses every concern directly, working to make sure your eyewear performs flawlessly.

Friendly, Inclusive Environment

A positive patient experience extends beyond clinical skill. Many visitors highlight the staff’s courteous, attentive manner from reception to checkout, praising a team that “feels personable yet professional.” Dr. Magro’s practice welcomes a diverse clientele, striving for an atmosphere of respect and inclusivity.
