MY Training Group

MY Training Group provides professional lifesaving and safety training designed to give individuals, families, businesses, schools, and organizations the skills and confidence to respond when emergencies happen.

As a proud provider of American Red Cross training, we offer a wide range of certification and skills-based courses, including CPR, First Aid, AED, Basic Life Support (BLS), Lifeguarding, Water Safety, Wilderness & Remote First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Babysitter’s Training. We also provide instructor-level training for those who want to teach CPR, First Aid, Lifeguarding, BLS, and Water Safety courses.

Our training is available for individuals and groups, with options at our location or at your workplace, school, organization, or other convenient location. We also offer blended learning, combining online coursework with hands-on, in-person skills sessions to make certification more flexible and convenient.

For childcare professionals, we provide Pennsylvania PQAS-approved professional learning opportunities, including pediatric CPR and First Aid training.
