• Built-in hose wands, shampoo dispensers, and nonslip flooring for safety
Pet owners appreciate the freedom to wash at any hour—trucker customers in particular praise the “huge plus” of 24-hour availability.

Owner Commitment & On-Site Support

What sets Neffsville Car & Dog Wash apart is our hands-on approach. Founder Dan is often on hand to guide first-time visitors through our system, troubleshoot equipment, and even offer complimentary car rinses. One happy customer recalls, “Dan, one of the owners, was so nice and helpful. He walked us through our first use.” This personal touch guarantees not only a thorough clean but also peace of mind that help is just a call (or wave) away.

Cleanliness, Maintenance & Reliability

We know that reliable machines and a sanitary environment are non-negotiable. Regular upkeep schedules ensure bin clean-outs, floor sanitization, and dispenser refills. While self-service locations can sometimes face downtime, our team works swiftly to address any malfunctioning nozzles, dryers, or payment terminals—because nothing should stand between you and a quality wash.

Transparent Pricing & Value

At Neffsville, honesty is the best policy. We offer clear, tiered pricing so you know exactly what to expect before you swipe your card:
• Car Wash: Basic ($6), Deluxe ($8), Ultimate ($10)
• Dog Wash: Quick Rinse ($5), Deep Clean ($7), Shampoo & Conditioner ($9)
Specialty shampoos (oatmeal, de-skunk) are included in the higher tiers, maximizing value. Our digital displays reveal real-time pricing, and every dollar goes straight into delivering cleaner, happier cars and pets.

Community & Convenience

More than just a wash, our facility serves as a hub for Lancaster’s on-the-go community. Local dog walkers, commuters, and long-haul drivers appreciate finding everything in one location—complete with bright LED lighting, easy-read instructions, and secure, well-lit bays. Though we operate without a traditional phone line, our on-site signage and card readers keep the process fast, simple, and stress-free.
