At Palacios Dentistry in Reading, PA, we blend professional expertise with genuine warmth to create a dental home where every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for. As a full-service dentist committed to excellence, our focus extends beyond teeth and gums—we build relationships rooted in trust and comfort. From the moment you step through our door, you’ll notice what sets us apart: a friendly team, state-of-the-art facility, and an unwavering dedication to your well-being.

A Team That Feels Like Family

What truly makes our practice shine is our people. Abby at the front desk greets you with a smile and handles scheduling or insurance questions with compassionate efficiency. She’s often the first person you’ll meet, and patients rave about how “Abby at the front desk is an absolute joy. She goes above and beyond…What a wonderful experience it has been so far.” Beyond reception, our clinical staff—led by Dr. Lou Palacios—shares the same caring spirit. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a complex procedure, you’ll notice at every step how our team’s kindness and professionalism create an environment where dental anxiety simply melts away.

Expert Care and Clear Communication

Dr. Palacios is renowned for his clear, patient-focused explanations and technical skill. Reviewers consistently applaud his ability to demystify treatment plans and involve patients in decision-making. As one patient put it, “Dr. Palacios makes the experience well worth it. He explains everything he does thoroughly and in a way you understand.” This transparent approach ensures you never feel rushed or confused—only confident that your smile is in expert hands. And if you ever have questions or concerns after hours, Dr. Lou goes the extra mile by providing his personal cell phone number to ensure you’re never left in pain or uncertainty.

Personalized Comfort and Pain Management

At Palacios Dentistry, your comfort is paramount. From the moment we greet you, we tailor every aspect of your visit to reduce stress and discomfort. Our hygienist, Noel, exemplifies this dedication: “She asked about any concerns and listened to my request to please be gentle,” one patient shared, noting how Noel’s gentle care transformed their cleaning into a relaxing experience. For procedures that might cause anxiety—like extractions or restorative treatments—our careful pain management and clear, step-by-step guidance guarantee you’ll feel supported throughout your journey.

Seamless Scheduling and Minimal Wait Times

We know your time is valuable. That’s why we offer flexible appointment options and work diligently to minimize wait times. Need an appointment on short notice? Many patients report, “I was able to book my cleaning quickly,” and others appreciate how we accommodate last-minute openings: “I got another appointment quickly due to a cancellation…It’s nice to know they really care about their patients.” Our efficient scheduling and attentive front-desk team ensure that your dental needs are met promptly and conveniently.

A Warm, Spotless Environment

Walking into Palacios Dentistry feels more like entering a cozy living room than a clinical facility. Our office is meticulously maintained and designed to make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Patients often comment, “Very comfy and clean office,” and “I felt so at ease in a very clean and welcoming environment.” With calming décor, comfortable seating, and rigorous sanitation protocols, we combine hospitality with the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Transparent Value and Honest Recommendations

We believe a cornerstone of trust is financial transparency. At Palacios Dentistry, you’ll never encounter hidden fees or unnecessary procedures. Most patients appreciate our honest approach—“They also do not do any unnecessary dental work…which I definitely appreciate.”—and feel confident that treatment plans are designed solely with their best interests in mind. While a few individuals have raised concerns about initial consultation fees, we remain committed to explaining every cost up front and ensuring that you receive fair, transparent value for every service.

A Dental Home for the Whole Family

From toddlers to grandparents, Palacios Dentistry welcomes patients of all ages. We’ve created a fun, family-friendly atmosphere where children can bond with their dental team and look forward to visits. One parent shared, “They are so good with my six year old. He loves going to the dentist because Dr. Palacios has a well-stocked treasure chest filled with prizes.” This playful incentive, combined with gentle, reassuring care, fosters healthy habits early and helps children grow up loving their smiles.
