Why Pet Parents Trust Us

At the heart of Pampered Petz is unwavering Trust & Reliability. We know inviting someone into your home and caring for your beloved companion is a big decision. That’s why our sitters treat every animal as if they were part of their own family. As one happy client shared, “They treat Memphis like she is part of their family and I would not trust anyone else to visit my home.” Over 12 years of consistent service and glowing recommendations speak volumes about the peace of mind we deliver.

Clear Communication & Real-Time Updates

We believe the best pet sitting is built on open lines of communication. Through our app-based portal, clients receive prompt texts, detailed visit notes, and smile-inducing photos at every visit. “They also keep me informed and send pictures at every visit,” raves one client, while another says, “Daily text with pics lets me relax and enjoy my vacation knowing my fur babies are safe.” These real-time updates go beyond simple check-ins—they’re visual confirmations that your pet is happy, healthy, and in caring hands.

Friendly, Professional Staff

Our carefully selected sitters and dog walkers are praised for their warmth, dependability, and expertise in handling pets’ unique needs. Clients name-check Diane, Kat, Betty, Faith, Quinn, and Nicole—each an ambassador of professional care. “Kat and her team are professional, caring, and trustworthy,” notes one pet owner, while another adds, “Betty and the other sitters are always enthusiastic and caring when it comes to looking after my dogs.” Every member of the Pampered Petz team undergoes thorough training and shares a genuine love for animals.

Seamless Scheduling & Hassle-Free Billing

Gone are the days of phone tag or paper invoices. Our user-friendly online portal lets you request services, pay securely, and communicate special instructions in just a few clicks. “An awesome app that makes payment and communication easy!” says one tech-savvy pet parent, while another praises our “prompt, accurate billing which I can pay online.” Whether you’re planning weeks in advance or need a last-minute change, our responsive team is always ready to accommodate your needs.

Flexible & Accommodating Service

Life is unpredictable, and so are pet care needs. Maybe you realize a day before you’ll need a midday dog walk, or your work trip gets extended unexpectedly. No problem. Our staff takes pride in offering flexible scheduling that fits your lifestyle. “They have been very accommodating… I don’t always know what time of day I’ll need them until a couple days before,” one satisfied client explains, while another enthuses, “Very accommodating—if you get Faith to walk or take care of your fur baby, you’ll be very happy.”

Attention to Detail & Thoughtful Extras

At Pampered Petz, pet care is more than food, walks, and playtime. We look after your home too: bringing in packages, turning on lights, collecting mail, and even taking out the trash. These small touches offer you peace of mind, ensuring you return to a well-tended home. “Little extras like bringing in packages or turning on lights is so appreciated,” says one client, and another highlights, “Quinn got our mail, cat dishes for wet food were cleaned, and trash was taken to the outside dumpster.”
