A Culture of Communication & Reassurance

One of the most celebrated aspects of Pawz Away Pet Care is our commitment to keeping pet parents in the loop. We know that leaving your dog—even for a few hours—can trigger separation anxiety. That’s why we provide consistent, detailed updates every day. Owners receive photos and quick report cards highlighting playtime achievements, nap schedules, and even feeding preferences. As one customer raved, “I love the daily photos—it really helps to ease anxiety for pet parents.” By building transparent, caring communication, we transform your worry into reassurance.

Friendly, Attentive Staff Who Treat Pets Like Family

At Pawz Away, exceptional service starts with people. Our staff members are not only highly trained in pet care and behavior but also genuinely kind-hearted. Whether you’re dropping off a rambunctious puppy or a shy senior dog, you’ll be greeted with warm smiles and personalized attention. “They treated him like he was one of their own,” shared one delighted pet parent. From first meet-and-greet evaluations to playful goodbyes at pickup, our team’s friendly demeanor fosters trust and comfort for both pets and owners alike.

Expertise-Driven Training Programs

Under the guidance of lead trainer Ross, our facility delivers practical, real-world obedience training that addresses everyday challenges. Ross’s renowned 4-Week Doggie Day School Program has garnered enthusiastic praise: “We could not be happier with the training Ross provided. He trains for real-life expectations and provides all the tools you need.” Each day of the program includes exercises tailored to individual needs, with thorough evaluations and detailed daily feedback. Whether you’re tackling leash manners, basic commands, or more advanced behaviors, Pawz Away’s training curriculum equips you and your dog with skills that last a lifetime.

Specialized Daycare & Enrichment Options

Our dog day care center isn’t one-size-fits-all. For dogs who thrive on social interaction and mental stimulation, our Enrichment Daycare Program offers structured activities designed to build confidence and manners. One owner noted, “My dog did not do well in traditional daycare, but in the Enrichment program he thrives.” From puzzle toys and obstacle courses to supervised playgroups, every aspect of enrichment daycare is crafted to challenge and delight. For younger pups, our Puppy Kindergarten Class introduces socialization and foundational cues in a playful, hands-on setting—complete with puppy playtime. As one new puppy parent said, “Ross and his staff were so good with our over-energetic puppy. They taught us to talk at his level to make his training enjoyable.”

Comfortable, Clean, & Secure Kennel Facilities

When overnight boarding is on the agenda, Pawz Away’s kennel delivers a home-away-from-home environment. Our facilities are meticulously cleaned and sanitized daily, ensuring every kennel, play yard, and bedding area meets the highest hygiene standards. “Facilities are spotlessly clean, and the people are incredibly kind!” reported one satisfied customer. We balance safety and comfort by maintaining secure fencing, climate control, and continuous supervision—so you can rest easy knowing your dog is in good hands.

Flexible Pet Sitting by Alyssa & Team

Beyond our on-site services, Pawz Away Pet Care extends its expertise to your home through our trusted pet sitting program. Alyssa leads a devoted team of in-home caregivers who tailor visits to each animal’s routine, ensuring minimal disruption to your pet’s daily life. From administering medication to engaging shy cats in gentle play, our sitters treat every assignment with the utmost care and reliability. “Alyssa is great with my four cats, even my shy one. I have peace of mind when I’m away,” shared one grateful client.

High-quality pet care shouldn’t break the bank. At Pawz Away, we’ve structured our pricing to offer significant value—reflected in glowing feedback like “His prices are unmatched” and “Prices are very good too!!!” We believe in transparent fee structures and clear behavior policies.
